Broker Channel Manager, Dolores Rogers joined BPI Telecom in July 2005. Dolores has over 20 years experience in the communications industry, the last 15 at a senior management level. She has extensive experience in customer service and after sales service.

Dolores' greatest achievements are in relation to Project Management, delivering a single management interface for after sales service, including driving improvement through performance metrics for our customers and team development.

In her current role, Dolores is responsible for the implementation of our Broker Channel for one of our Key Customers which is as a result of her extensive Customer Service Management and Reverse Logistics Management knowledge. Dolores is responsible to ensure we deliver a “best in class” service, ensuring we achieve the most cost effective solutions.

Dolores is an excellent team player with both colleagues and customers, with day-to-day management on all operational aspects.
