HR Manager, Denise McNamara, joined BPI Telecom in October 2007. Prior to working with BPI Telecom, Denise has eight years combined experience working in Human Resources in stand alone positions in both the IT and Construction industries.

The following areas fall under Denise's remit, recruitment and selection, performance appraisals, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations. Denise also ensures that all policies accurately reflect the company's core values and culture.

Denise holds a B.A. from University College, Dublin and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
